How to change Outlook to "connected" mode when stuck in "Offline" mode:

How to configure Outlook to connect to the new exchange server:

1- open Control Panel (switch to classic view if necessary)
2- open Mail (in the control panel)
3- click on Email Accounts
4- click Next
5- click Change
6- change "whsd-mail-02" to "whsd-mail-01" (if necessary)
7- click More Settings
8- click the Security tab
9- check the box for "Encrypt Data...."
10- click OK, then Next, then Finish (until you get back and can close the control panel)

Then you should be able to open Outlook and it should work correctly.

How to Update Office to open newer versions:

1- open My Computer
2- open the Staff Drive (drive S:)
3- Run the application "Office2003-FileCompatibility"
4- Follow the onscreen directions
